Diana Krall has announced the final ten dates of her adventurous and lauded “Glad Rag Doll” World Tour — a swing around the globe of a marathon 109 shows since October, 2012 that has garnered some of the best reviews of her career.
The concerts have featured material from Krall’s “Glad Rag Doll” album, songs mostly learned from her father’s collection of early 20th century 78 records. On opening night of the most recent leg of the tour this fall, the Orange County Register wrote of Krall’s risk-taking approach: “She may be mixing things up, but she’s exactly where she should be.” Of other dates, the Philadelphia Inquirer called Krall’s voice “smoldering,” the Seattle Times said her show was “breathtaking” and the St. Louis Post Dispatch called the musician “truly impressive” and the night an “exhilarating show – perhaps the best in St. Louis this year.”
The presale for the following shows will be available Wednesday, November 6 at 10am – local market time at dianakrall.artistarena.com. Tickets go on sale to the general public Friday, November 8.
